starting to get good!

I am starting to get good at this blogging everyday now! sorry it has took me so long! i have still have so much to show you!!! :)

Today I have got my presentation about my work, i am quite nervous but i feel more
confident now i am up to date and happy with my products.

All my duvet and pillow designs are very detailed and i will put my pictures up later as i cannot at the moment as i dont have photoshop at home which is a pain!

i have three clear collections which i will be presenting today

Christmas break

Been a hectic past few weeks.
Finally all designs are finished and printed and I'm very very happy. Just ready for the Christmas holidays but I will still do work, next semester I need to be much more focused and I promise to blog more!!!

I have took inspiration for my work off Raoul Dufy, Fiona Douglas and Gustav Klimt
here are some examples that i have used to help me. i think they are really well hand drawn and i enjoy doing my paintings myself that way.
it has helped me produce great work sheets and designs.

Inspiration

Im not very good at blogging at all.
Today i am very happy with my prints. i am very nervous about my assessment as i feel a bit stressed.
I have been visitng garden centers and looking at bedding and duvet covers for inspiration.
I have took inspriation from cath kidtson. i know she isnt an artist but i like her work of florals.

I havent been keeping up to date with my blog as i lost my password.
So i have decided to start all over again!

I have been extra busy just like everyone else on my module!
our dissertation was all in for last week and i am so happy!

Now is just my floral deadline, this is on monday.
I have decided i am not doing japanese anymore i have just done florals.
i have three collections, summer florals, winter florals and cherry blossom. I have produced 10 designs ready for mounting and presenting for duvet covers and pillows!
i am super excited! my prints are printed so i will put a few pictures up this evening!

Katsushika Hokusai

I have been carrying on researching into my theme. I have come across a designer called Katsushika Hokusai.

I have fallen for these floral designs below as the colour scheme is very strong and bold. I have carried out further research for my own work and this designer has influenced me in my own.
